All our products are manufactured at our 16,000sq foot facility in Hawkesbury, Ont. We utilize state-of-the art winding and assembly equipment such as:

  • Multi-spindle winding machines that can handle low to high volume.
  • Toroidal winding machines that can handle wire ranging from 14 to 50awg.
  • Pullwinding machines that can handle wire ranging from 6 to 30awg.
  • Automated and skimming soldering and finishing baths.
  • Epoxy encapsulation and dispensing equipment.
  • Automatic silk screen printing machines.
  • Internal ferrite gapping and grinding.
  • High speed Tape & Reel packaging.
Committed Support for Product Application
All appropriate test procedures, including SPC printouts, used in manufacturing and quality assurance, are performed using top quality test equipment. Special packaging requirements are readily met in our machine shop; they include heat treating, grinding and the use of EDM equipment.
